Can I walk in and be seen by a Doctor or Dentist?

We are not a “walk in” or “urgent care” clinic.  Our medical professionals volunteer their time so clinics are scheduled around their availability.

Can I come to the clinic in an emergency - I've been injured or I'm really ill

We do NOT provide emergency services – all medical staff are volunteers who are only at Harmony Health when clinics are scheduled. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

When are you open?

Administrative staff is here to serve patients on Monday-Friday, 9 am–5 pm.  Our medical and dental professionals volunteer to serve patients on days when clinics are scheduled – medical clinics are normally held on Thursday evening and Saturday morning; dental clinic is held on Friday morning.

Can I become a patient at Harmony Health Clinic?

 Am I eligible for services?

If you are a resident of and/or work in Pulaski County, Arkansas and are NOT covered by any medical or dental insurance provider (including Medicare or Medicaid), and fall below the Federal Poverty Line, you are eligible for services.

I have insurance/Medicare/Medicaid, can I be seen at Harmony Health Clinic?

Harmony Health Clinic offers services to uninsured residents of Pulaski County only.  If you have insurance, we are unable to see you.

Is my immigration status part of the eligibility process?

Your eligibility as a patient at Harmony Health Clinic depends ONLY on proof of identity and age, residency, income, and whether or not you are uninsured - not whether you are a U.S. citizen. We provide quality medical care to ALL eligible patients, regardless of race, religion, national origin, or immigration status.

How do I apply to become a patient at Harmony Health Clinic?

If you are 18 years of age or older, a resident of Pulaski County or someone who is employed in Pulaski County, you may download/print a copy of the Patient Application HERE (will insert hyperlink).  Once you submit your application, Harmony Clinic staff will determine your eligibility for services.  If you are accepted as a patient, we will contact you to make an appointment.

How much will I have to pay if I am accepted as a patient at Harmony Health Clinic?

Visits are free of charge - if you would like to make a voluntary donation, we are more than happy to accept.  In some cases, patients may have to pay for lab tests or for medications not in our dispensary.

Do you provide services for non-English speaking patients?

When making an appointment, please let us know if you need services in another language. We will try to find an interpreter to assist during the visit.

How often will I have to "renew" my application?

At least once every year, or anytime the Clinic requests it. If your employment, income or insurance status changes within the year, please bring your updated information to the Clinic. It is also your responsibility as a patient of the Clinic, to inform us with updates of your contact information, including home/mailing address and phone numbers. So that we can reach you when necessary, we would like a primary, secondary, and alternate phone number.

.

What if I am unable to get to my appointment?

Due to the high demand for services, a patient who is unable to keep an appointment is asked to please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to help schedule patients who are on the wait list.
